IN-PERSON

GATHERINGS

Hear From Our Lead Pastor on How We Plan to Reopen!

OUR GATHERING PLAN

We have been in daily contact with our staff and civil authorities to assist us in leading our church forward with integrity and responsibility on the best way to resume holding weekend services. We have began holding in-person service once again with reduced capacity and recommended distancing guidelines in place. This includes adding a 9:00am service along with our normal 11:00am to help meet the capacity guidelines.

Your spiritual and physical health are our highest priorities. We advise those in our church family who are at higher risk for severe illness to please continue to worship with us online for a season. We will continue to provide quality online content for you and for those who would prefer to pray and worship at home.

REAL Kids church services and nurseries are now available. We hope to see your kids soon!

We will continue to monitor this situation and reevaluate our timeline on a daily basis. We are prepared to make adjustments as needed should things change. We look forward to being with you again as soon as possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Should I attend an in-person gathering?

Please take a minute to review the following questions:

- Have you had a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, and/or fever above 100.4 F in the last 72 hours (3 days)? (Please note fever resolution must be without the aid of fever-reducing medication)

- Have you been around anyone with these symptoms in the past 14 days? (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, and/or fever above 100.4 F)

- Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

- Have you traveled anywhere that has a significant number of new COVID-19 cases, or is considered a COVID-19 “hot spot,” in the last 14 days?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above questions, we ask that you participate virtually. Those that are 65+ and/or those with serious underlying health conditions should consider participating virtually until comfortable.

Where do I sit?

Our auditorium seating has been re-configured to allow the recommended social distancing in our service. We ask that families sit together in the same row. If sitting in the same row as another family, please leave at least 3 chairs in-between each family to allow for social distance.

What about the lobby? Can I hang out with my people?

The lobby is moving outside! Studies show that the spread of the virus outdoors is minimal. We encourage you to hang out outside until service begins. Each week we are having a party in the parking lot!

Do I have to wear a mask?

We recommend wearing a mask to and from the sanctuary where social distancing is more difficult.

What about my kids?

REAL Kids has reopened with reduced capacity and recommended distancing guidelines in place. Your kids are welcome to join us in Nursery, Pre-school or Elementary during the service. A Mother’s Room is also available.

What about my coffee, water & snacks?

No worries, the Café is still open! You can still get your coffee, specialty drinks, bottled water, juices & snacks before & after service.

Are the restrooms clean?

Restrooms will be cleaned regularly with recommended cleaning procedures.

Can I still watch online?

Yes! We will be streaming both the 9:00AM & 11:00AM service on Facebook & Youtube!
